Preschool Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a loving place to learn where the seeds of Christian values and academic curiosity are sown in a safe environment and nurturing community of staff, parents, and church.

As a ministry of St. James United Methodist Church, each person involved in the preschool is called to love as God loves and to provide a creative environment for every child enrolled in the school. Children ages six weeks through five years participate in programs where they are valued, where their physical needs are met, and where they feel secure.

St. James Preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is a member of the North Georgia United Methodist Preschool Association, the Southern Early Childhood Association, the Georgia Assocation of Young Children, and the Georgia Preschool Association.
