Shop for great quality children's clothing, furniture, toys, books, and accessories, as well as maternity items. Better yet, sign up to be a consignor! Our consignors receive 70% of the selling price. The remaining 30% will support Children's Ministries at St. James.
The St. James Kids Consignment Sale will be held in the Activities Building at St. James United Methodist Church (4400 Peachtree Dunwoody Road). We are located at the intersection of Peachtree-Dunwoody Road and Loridans Drive in North Buckhead.

SALE SCHEDULE
Check-in of items for sale will be on Wed, September 17 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Thurs, September 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Activities Building.
Preferred shopping hours for volunteers ONLY will be on Thursday, September 18 as follows: from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. for sale coordinators and from 6:30 to 8:00 for sale volunteers.
The St. James Consignment Sale will be open to the public on Friday and Saturday, September 19 and 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday is half price day when many of the items for sale will be discounted by 50%.
Unsold items may be picked up on Saturday, September 20 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION
Consignor registration begins Monday, May 12th in the St. James UMC Church office. You may pick up a registration form from the church office or download a registration form from this website. Return the completed form to the church office, along with your $5 registration fee and self-addressed, stamped envelope. We will continue to accept consignor registrations for $5 until Friday, September 5. After that date, the late fee for Consignor registration is $10.
When you register, we will need the following: your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Your seller number will be the last four digits of your phone # or a four digit number of your choosing. We will also collect the $5 registration fee ($10 after September 5) and a self-addressed stamped envelope (for your check). At registration, you will have the opportunity to choose your check-in time to drop off your sale items and to sign-up to volunteer in the St. James Kids Consignment Sale. Remember only sale volunteers earn the privilage of shopping early!!
CONSIGNOR INFORMATION
In order to become a consignor, you must first register and reserve your seller number. Please refer to the Consignor Information Sheet, which is attached to this website, for detailed information -- including consignor guildelines with regard to tagging and pricing, as well as information as to what items are acceptable for the sale. Please read the Consignor Registration Sheet carefully as some of the rules and procedures have changed!
St. James Kids Consignment Sale tags are provided as an attachment to this website for you to download and copy onto white card stock. If you are unable to open either of the tag attachments, please let us know by an e-mail to st.james.consignment@gmail.com. We can then send the tags to you as an e-mail attachment. Note that all items for sale MUST have St. James tags. We will no longer accept tags from other consignment sales.
VOLUNTEERING
If you are able to volunteer during the sale, please sign up when you register or simply e-mail us at st.james.consignment@gmail.com. We will then contact you to sign up for a specific shift. Don't forget: Volunteering entitles you entry to the sale prior to the general public! Complimentary childcare during work shifts will be provided.
SHOPPING
The public portion of the St. James Kids Consignment Sale will be Friday and Saturday, September 19th and 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday is also half-price day when many sellers mark their items for a 50% reduction. Sale volunteers earn early shopping privileges and can attend our Thursday evening preferred shopping hours. This is a special treat reserved for our volunteers ONLY. If you would like to shop early, please consider signing up to work during one or more of our volunteer shifts. Please e-mail us with any questions at st.james.consignment@gmail.com.

We also have a few rules to make shopping more pleasant for everyone:
* Please have your little ones in strollers or carriers during the sale.
* Please do not remove merchandise from the Gym until you've paid for it.
* Keep your children under control and supervision at all times.
* We're sorry not to be able to offer dressing rooms. Please do not try on merchandise.
* Please replace all items in the appropriate areas.
