Would you enjoy life more if you could move well? Feldenkrais (fel´-den-krice) may be just the thing you need.
The Feldenkrais Method of movement education is a process for learning how to perform your activities as well and as comfortably as possible. It is also a means for acquiring new skills, especially the ones you’ve never felt talented enough to try. Feldenkrais has been used for rehabilitating neurological and orthopedic injuries, helping children with special needs surmount developmental delays, fine-tuning athletic performance, and getting rid of common aches and pains.
As part of our Wednesday Night Supper Health Night on March 20, Sandi Goldring, M.S., PT, Feldenkrais Practitioner, JKA Therapist, will introduce us to this revolutionary way of functioning. Come prepared not only to listen, but also participate in fun activities that will show you just how quickly and easily you can improve! The program begins at 6:30 p.m. with optional Wednesday Night Supper starting at 5:45 p.m. Contact the St. James church office with questions (404.261.3121).
