Friday, September 14 | 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 15 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (half price day)

Join us to DONATE, SELL or SHOP for high-quality children’s clothing, furniture, toys, books, accessories, baby gear/equipment, as well as maternity items. 

A great variety of quality baby and kid’s items, from books to baseball bats, jackets to jeans, puzzles to picture frames, Halloween costumes to Christmas outfits, and everything in between! Always a boutique section (smocking galore!) with high tickets items for low ticket prices!

*Volunteers, Consignors, and Guest Pass holders may enter the presale at designated times.

 

Shoppers

Sale location: St James UMC Activities Building behind the main church building at 4400 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, enter off of Loridans Drive.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • NO REFUNDS
  • Cash, check, and credit cards (with $1 fee) gladly accepted.
  • Children and strollers welcome!
  • All sale proceeds retained by the Kids’ Consignment Sale are used to support Children’s Ministries at St. James United Methodist Church. 

Consignors and Volunteers

Consignor Details

Sign up to be a consignor!  Sell your gently used children’s clothes, shoes, books, toys, décor!

Registration fee:  $10 pay online or in the church office by check or exact cash.  After August 30th, fee increases to $15.

  • Consignors who volunteer 6+ hours receive 75% of the selling price and enter the presale at 6:00 p.m.
  • Consignors who volunteer 3+ hours receive 70% of the selling price and enter the presale at 6:30 p.m.
  • Consignors who volunteer less than 3 hours receive 65% of the selling price and enter the presale at 7:00 p.m.

In addition, each consignor will receive one Guest pass to give to a friend and one Expectant Parent pass to give to a couple who is expecting a child.

Choose which items to keep at full price or half price on Saturday.  Tags with NR printed next to the price = no reduction.  Tags without NR will automatically change to half price on Saturday.  Use only St. James tags, which will be emailed to you after your registration is completed.

Choose to donate or pick up any unsold items.  Pick up items on Saturday, Sept. 15 from 2-3pm.  All items unclaimed after 3pm Saturday, September 15 will be donated to charity, no exceptions.

The Consignor Information Packet provides rules, tips and tagging guidelines on how to consign with our sale.  Please read it carefully.

Proceeds benefit the St. James UMC Children’s Ministry.  All consignors receive a tax receipt for the retained portion of sales.

Allow 4-6 weeks for checks to be mailed after the sale.  You will be notified by email when the checks are sent.

Volunteer Details

Sign up to volunteer!  Earn a higher percentage of your sale price! Earn early access to the presale! Free child care during your volunteer shift!

All volunteers are welcome, you do not need to be a consignor in order to volunteer. We have added several new (and shorter) shifts so please sign up today!

  • 6+ hour volunteers earn entry to the presale 6:00 p.m. and 75% of the selling price.
  • 3+ hour volunteers earn entry to the presale 6:30 p.m. and 70% of the selling price.

Youth Service hours can be earned by volunteering!

Donate

Have any clothes racks, safety pins, plastic shelving, or wire hangers sitting around collecting dust? Consider donating them to us!

Donate gently used children’s items to the sale!  We are accepting Fall & Winter boutique children’s clothing, uniforms, play clothing, shoes, books and toys in good condition. Volunteers will tag and sell donated items to benefit the Children’s Ministry.

Tax Receipts are available for your donation. Drop items off at the church office during office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Donations will be accepted until September 7, 2018.  Items received after this date may be donated to one of the charities supported by the Kids Consignment sale.
