Each Fall and Spring, St. James hosts a consignment sale to benefit our Children’s Ministries. This Fall, the consignment sale will take place on Friday, Sept. 15 and Saturday, Sept. 16.
Registration fee is $10. Fee will be $10 through August 31 at 4p.m. Registrations received after 4 p.m. on August 31 will be taken at the discretion of the co-chairs and will be subject to a $15 fee. Please provide a check or exact change. Within about 48-72 hours of receipt of your electronic registration AND payment (whichever is submitted last), you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to reserve your Check-In time. Please do not begin tagging items prior to receiving the confirmation email (it serves as confirmation that your seller number is approved for this sale.)

Join us to shop for high quality children’s clothing, furniture, toys, books, and accessories, as well as maternity items. Better yet, sign up to be a consignor! Consignors who volunteer for 2 or more shifts receive 75% of the selling price. Consignors who volunteer for 1 shift receive 70% of the selling price. All other consignors receive 65% of the selling price. All sale proceeds retained by St. James are used to support children’s ministries at St. James.
Our Kids’ Consignment Sales are held in the gym located in our Activities Building. The public sale will be on Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. Saturday is half price day when many of our items will be marked down 50%. Our preview sale for volunteers ONLY is on Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Anyone can sign-up to be a volunteer; you do not have to consign in the sale. “Super volunteers” who volunteer more get to shop at 6 pm.
