All experience levels welcome! The game of Bridge is a trick-taking card game played by four players in two competing partnerships. There are no fees to play, so stop by and join us for some good fun & competition!

Yoga Classes Wednesdays @ St. James UMC in Room 305/309
2-3 p.m. Age To Perfection
This is a great relaxation class to gain flexibility and an ongoing introduction to new poses (asanas). This slow paced class teaches the basics of yoga and has great alignment and breathing techniques for beginners of all ages.
6:30-7:30 Absolute Beginner Yoga
If you have ever wanted to learn yoga in a relaxed setting with lots of hands-on instruction, this is your class. It will be beneficial to those just getting back into shape and those who want to gain extra flexibility and strength in whatever fitness program they are in. Includes deep relaxation techniques.
7:30-9 Yoga For Life
This is a class for the serious, seasoned practitioner with some previous practice experience. The class includes an hour of asana practice (poses), pranayama (breath work) and a short meditation. The classic sun salutations will be taught, along lots of poses and meditation techniques. The class will increase both physical fitness and a true understanding of the ancient practices of yoga.
Please plan to arrive to your first class early so our instructor can meet you and determine the best group for you to join! Kate Holland is a registered teacher through the National Yoga Alliance and has more than two decades of teaching experience. She brings great love to her yoga classes!
